Lochmueller Group is excited to announce the promotion of Steve Fleming, PE, to Chief Operating Officer (COO)! Steve brings more than 35 years of broad experience to the role including work in multiple markets, firms, and capacities. He joined Lochmueller Group six years ago as Director of Transportation and has since grown that team by 40%.
As COO, Steve will take on the responsibility of managing resources and production for all service lines with an emphasis on driving company revenues. He looks forward to working closely with senior management to improve firm performance and will be in overall charge of managing company operations.
In addition to COO responsibilities, Steve will take on the role of Senior Vice President, chair the Management & Operations Committee, serve as Vice-Chair for the Management Board, and join the Fiduciary Board.
Steve is upbeat and positive about augmenting each discipline and has demonstrated an aptitude for thinking strategically and simplifying the complexities of most any situation. “Lochmueller Group has a history of strong, innovative leaders, so I've got big shoes to fill in this role,” Steve said. “We have a really talented team and are poised to continue the vision and direction of our past leaders.
