Lochmueller has completed a traffic assessment for the proposed redevelopment of the nearly 300‐acre Chrysler Plant site as Fenton Logistics Park. The site is located along the north side of Interstate 44 between the Bowles Avenue interchange and Mraz Lane overpass in Fenton, Missouri. For this development, 20,000 trips per day would be generated. The assessment conlcuded that the existing road network serving the site was deemed adequate to support the traffic gneration that would occur.
