Lochmueller Group is excited to announce the promotion of Jordyn Langley, SHRM-CP, PHR, to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)! Jordyn brings over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, six of which in a management capacity; additionally, her Master of Business Administration degree and various volunteer roles, including serving as a board member of the Ronald McDonald House of the Ohio Valley, have also provided valuable experiences.
As CHRO, Jordyn will serve as a partner to our Executive Team to ensure the people and human resources strategies align with the overall strategy and direction of the organization. Areas of focus under this role will include talent management, our employee experience and workplace culture, regulatory compliance, change management, and human capital management technology.

Jordyn loves pop-tarts and has even started a company-wide debate regarding the best flavor; so, although not as sweet, we are excited for her to now have a fitting title of CHRO (i.e., “churro”)!
