Lochmueller prepared a traffic impact study (TIS) for a warehouse with 1.3 million square feet for a supplier to the GM Assembly Plant in Wentzville. The improvements to the I-70/Highway A interchange were required to accommodate the increase in traffic, and the project was completed in 2017.
